The service staff I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. I am slightly concerned that there might have been some damage to my car while in service. I have never had my washer fluid low in the year I’ve owned my car, and I visually saw the jug was still half full before I dropped my car off. However, after my car had been with the dealership, I was informed that my washer jug was “cracked” and needed to be replaced for $200. I opted not to have this “fixed” because it must have been a very small crack considering I had no issues with low washer fluid. But when I picked up my vehicle the washer fluid was empty, which leads me to believe it was either damaged or emptied by the service memebers at the dealership. I don’t know this for sure, but it seems unusual. Additionally, there’s now a rattling sound in my car now that wasn’t prominent before. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly but i didn’t leave feeling confident in th service on my car.
