The service was excellent. Very welcoming & professional. I also got in very quickly, at my scheduled time. However, I was at the dealership for a total of 1hr-30mins, and they attempted to bill me for two hours of labor, as the tech noted on his work order. Once I pointed out the discrepancy, they billed me correctly. Overall, the job was done very well, but it makes me question the accuracy of future repairs.
the price was great at first and so was customer service but, when they could not diagnose my truck issue they wanted a $280.00 more on to of the $130.00 diagnosis fee. when i said no , i got pick up your truck right away or else. plus when i got there the $ 130.00 became $176.00 somehow. This is why i don't take my cars to the dealership. It's a ripoff.

Had mobile phone charging station replaced under warranty, was told that it is fixed and multiple different phone models will still not charge. Technician said these are just “finicky” and doesn’t think replacing would be worth the while.
Everything was very orderly ,systematic, and professional. I have never experienced going for automobile service that was as pleasant as this has been -- both times that I have driven the 2018 Encore in for an appointment. (Making the appointment could be simplified -- to avoid the back-and-forth.)
