Russell in the service department was awesome to work with! He provided timely updates and answered all questions and concerns that I had. He went out of his way to work with my warranty company. He is extremely professional and courteous. I was allowed to speak with the service technician about my service/repairs. (can't remember that person's name but he was also great to work with). Great experience!
Service team worked very hard to diagnose and fix an issue with our key fob communication with the vehicle. Brad, our Service Tech, kept in contact regarding the status and work being performed. Excellent customer service!
I had booked an appointment to have my oil changed. I waited for two hours for the service to be completed. In addition they returned my car with the antenna missing. Their car wash had torn it off. I discovered the missing antenna when going to my car and I had to bring it to their attention. Waiting two hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable and returning my car missing the antenna shows a lack of attention to detail. This is the second bad experience in a row with this dealership. I know what excellent service should be, as I take my Pilot to DW Honda. You need to take some lessons from your next-door neighbors.
Your dealership service area is nice. I like the service people to be quick and friendly. Joe greeted me knew who my service person contact was because I didnt remember. And took care of everything. The truck came back all cleaned too. Will definitely be back.
