Every visit to the service department at Darrell Waltrip has been a very pleasant and extremely helpful experience. Corey Worthington is the service guy who helps me. Each time I call with a problem Corey says come on in and we will take care of the problem. He always washes my car before he brings it to me ready to go. I really appreciates the excellent service from old "DW".
I had one of my umbrella seals on my sunroof tear and pop off Saturday morning. I called DW GMC and they told me to bring it by so they could look at it. They immediately took my truck back and had me out of there in 20 minutes.
Cory has been my service advisor since I started coming to dealership. He is first rate and even though I have moved to the city I refuse to go to Beeman service because of the great service I receive.
Was looking to trade up from my 2014 Enclave to a 2018 Enclave. Selection was limited but found a satisfactory vehicle on the lot with the sales rep. The rep being new was not fully aware of the inventory and knowledge of new sales. When called with an issue of the oil gauge and gas cap which had not been covered during the sales presentation the sales rep was very slow returning call to solve the issue. Being late with the call of over a week I had to return to the dealership for the service people to help resolve the issue. Basically I am happy with my purchase but questions after the sale should always be addressed quickly for customer satisfaction and future sales.
They are very friendly, courteous, and eager to help in any way. The service is is always done in a timely manner. They have a very nice comfortable lounge to wait in with lots of snacks and several choices of beverages! THIS IS ONE DEALERSHIP THAT I DON’T MIND WAITING IN.
Service writer was efficient and knowledgeable—did not dismiss any descriptions of “strange noises or rattles”. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction. The only thing negative was that my on-star antenna was missing when I picked up car and no one could locate it—remains lost at this time.
Fixed nothing I asked but recommended 2k of maintenance. Very disappointed. Not usually the service I get. Plus I was told no loaners would be available to me and I could Uber or call Enterprise rental. I have spent 10k in repairs there in the last year. Not what I would expect from a large dealership to earn future business or to buy my next car.
